Getting a quote is easy! We can arrange for a design consultant to provide you with a free inhouse measure & quote. Please note Doors and tracks only can be quoted over the phone and all other quotes must be done via onsite consultation. We are no longer offer quoting via email.
CAN FLEXI ROBES HELP PREPARE THE OPENING FOR OUR NEW ROBES?
Flexi Robes do not do any carpentry work. If the opening requires timber or plaster work to be modified a carpenter or builder should be consulted. Our consultants can help you determine what work will need to be carried out.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOW ROOM?
Yes, our showroom is located at 138 National Blvd, Campbellfield. There is no need to book an appointment, our showroom is open to walk in’s for browsing purposes only, all quotes must be done via email or by an onsite consultation.
Our showroom is open weekday’s from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
I HAVE A QUOTE HOW DO I PROCEED?
Once you have decided you would like to proceed with you order, you will need to sign the quote, terms & conditions and pay a 20% deposit. A member of our customer service team will then arrange an installation date. The remaining balance is due on day of installation.
WHAT WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our wardrobes come with a 10-year warranty and our mirrors come with a 12-month warranty.
WHAT BRANDS DO YOU USE FOR YOUR HINGED AND DRAWER RUNNERS?
Doors hinges brand are: We source our hinges from Blum.
Drawer runners brand are:
- We source our full extension/ soft close drawer runners from Hettich.
- Our standard drawer runners are sourced from Harn.
WHAT IS YOUR RANGE OF HANDLES?
The handles/Flush pulls/knobs we supply are pictured on our website.
CAN WE SUPPLY OUR OWN HANDLES?
Yes you can, for hinged doors supply the handles or knobs on the day of installation and our fitters will install, no extra charge. For Sliding door flush pulls they need to be supplied directly to the factory to be fitted to the doors. We ask you send us a photo before purchasing them so we can assess their suitability.
WHAT IS YOUR SLIDING DOOR TRACK SIZING?
We have two different sized tracks, our standard double track which is 82mm wide and we also stock a triple track that is 120mm wide.
OUR DOORS ARE BOWING, HOW CAN WE FIX THIS WITHOUT HAVING A SERVICE CALL?
Due to extreme weather changes it can cause slight bowing on MDF sliding doors, feel free to have a look through the attachment for a step-by-step guide on how to rectify this.
Alternatively, please feel free to give our office a call and we will arrange for a service call.
RAW UNPAINTED MDF
Our MDF material is supplied ready to paint as raw MDF board. Flexirobes does not have anything to do with the painting of this board and it is up to the customer to arrange/ outsource this service.
